To send an inquiry or to make a booking, let us know which tour(s) you’re interested in telling us which date, how many persons (adults, children, ages of children), and any other relevant information.
Payment arrangement for our tours must be organised before the start of a tour.
Down payment / Reservation
To secure a booking, Pops Tours will ask you for a down payment (50%), which can be paid in cash (TTD or USD) directly to our official representative, by bank transfer (for T&T nationals) or via PayPal (visitors). Payment by cheque is not acceptable (do they even still exist!?).
Only bookings with a down payment, or a written confirmation from Pops Tours, is considered a booking so beware who you book with as there are touts out there who pretend to represent us which they don’t!
Any remaining balance is to be settled on the day of the trip before starting the tour.
Cancellations
Pops Tours will always attempt to do the scheduled tours as planned, and in case of adverse weather conditions or other situations out of our control, re-schedule for a next possible time.
Only the Pops Tours representative and/or boat captain, can decide if a tour is to be cancelled because of weather conditions.
There will be no refunds for any cancellations done less than 24 hours before the booked tour and for private charters and group tours, cancellations have to be notified no less than 3 days in advance.
No-Show for a tour gives no right to any refund.
As some of our tours require a certain minimum of guests for a tour to happen, please schedule your tours for as early as possible, and have a few alternative days ready.

Beware of touts
There are touts who pretend to represent Pops Tours or even claim to be a brother/cousin of Pops. Don’t fall for it! These people are NOT associated with Pops Tours in any way. Make sure that you book direct with us and pay our official representative(s) who will issue you with a receipt with our logo on it. Should anything happen by booking through such touts, Pops Tours are not responsible or liable.
